If this person is inside Ecafe Angeles or Ecafe Ermita they should make themselves known to a staff member immediately to claim your prize.
If you are NOT in Ecafe Angeles or Ecafe Erimta at the draw time you have just forfeit your winnings.
To be Entitled to claim the 1000 Peso Jackpot on the July 11 2010 you must of met all of the Ecafe Jackpot Draw terms and conditions which are outlined below.
1.This activity is available to All Ecafe Members and customers until withdrawn by management.
2.This draw is not available to Ecafe staff or their friends or their family.
3.For every paid hour added on their account, entitles that person to one (1) ticket-coupon. In addition any ecafe members that will have any transactions using Ecafe’s Money Changer, Western Union and e-ticketing will be given a corresponding ticket-coupon.
4.To win on you must be inside Ecafe on Sunday at 2pm to hear your cell phone number called out. If you are not in the shop at this time and your cell number is called out then you have forfeit the prize and the prize will be added to Jackpot which will be drawn on the following Sunday at 2 pm!
5.All entrants must have a working cell phone number and email address that is registered to their Ecafe membership number. In fairness to all entrances this will be check. We will call the winners cell phone to see if it rings in Ecafe after the number is drawn. Next we will send the winner an email to the email address registered with their account. The winner will be required to reply to that email to win. Make sure you bring your working cell phone at the time of each draw and that your membership email details are correct and working. If you do not comply with this condition you forfeit your winning entitlement. This is an absolute rule no arguments, negotiations or separate agreements made by an individual Ecafe staff member will be accepted by the Ecafe management as an excuse for non compliance of this term.
6.All non – winning ticket-coupons will be removed and new tickets will be issued for the new week as in term 3.
7.A reminder : It is a condition of your membership that you provide a working cell phone number and email address. Ecafe and its staff will use this information for account validation and to send you marketing promo’s and other information from time to time. If either the cell phone number or the email address given by you is found not to be working at any time Ecafe reserves the right to automatically cancel your account and you will lose any remaining account credit.
8.In the event of a dispute Ecafe management decision is final.
